Recognition awards for the people behind the work.
Service anniversaries, sales-performance programs, executive milestones, employee-of-the-quarter — all designed from scratch.
Most of our work is corporate recognition: programs that mark service anniversaries, top-performer rankings, leadership transitions, and milestone achievements. The volume here is enormous because the brief is consistent — a brand asset, a recipient name, a moment that matters — but the visual answers vary widely. The pieces below span ten material families, every engraving technique we run, and dozens of industries from finance to technology to professional sports. Use the gallery as your reference set: pick a piece whose proportions and gravity feel right for your audience, then we will adapt the silhouette, engraving, and personalization to your program. We routinely deliver multi-tier sets (Bronze / Silver / Gold-equivalent variants of the same design) and per-recipient personalized engraving at volume. Per-unit cost drops materially above 25 units; see the Investment page for working ranges.

About this category.
Can the same design be made in tiers (e.g. 5, 10, 15-year)?
Yes — multi-tier sets are one of our most common projects. We will design a base silhouette and produce variations with different sizes, metals, finishes, or engraving complexity for each tier of your recognition program.
How is per-recipient personalization handled at volume?
Names, dates, ranks, achievement amounts — anything per-recipient — is added during the engraving stage. We confirm each recipient's spelling twice before production starts; nothing goes to laser until you sign the master spreadsheet.
Can you produce a single executive piece and a 100-unit program from the same brief?
Yes. Many of our anniversary commissions include a hero executive trophy alongside a recognition set for the wider team. They share the same silhouette and brand language so the program reads as a coherent system.
What is the typical lead time for a corporate program?
4–6 weeks end-to-end for most programs (brief → sketch → render → proof → production → ship). Larger sets and more complex materials extend that; we always quote actual dates against your event date.
