A commission, full length.
Most clients are surprised that the bulk of the work happens before anything is cut. Here is what the four-to-six weeks actually contains, step by step.

Brief
A 5-line form, a phone call, or both. Tell us the occasion, the recipient, quantity, brand assets, the landing date, and a working investment tier. The more specific you are about who's receiving it and why, the closer the first concept lands.

Sketch
A senior designer drafts two or three hand-tuned directions, each with rationale: what we'd build, what material, what engraving technique, why it fits.

Render
The chosen direction goes to 3D — true materials, true lighting, accurate scale. You see the piece as it will exist before anything is cut. Iteration happens here; nothing moves forward until you've signed off.

Prototype
For Premium and above, a physical mock mails to you. Hold the weight, see how the engraving catches light, feel the base. Bespoke commissions get full prototypes; corporate programs get a hero sample.

Craft
Cut, cast, etched, leafed, assembled, QC'd. Most of the time invested in your commission lives here. Workshop photos available on request — most clients want them.

Engrave
Per-recipient names, dates, photographs. Spellings confirmed twice against your master list before anything goes to laser. Sandblasting, surface CO₂ laser, internal 3D laser, or UV print — chosen for the material and the look.

Deliver
Archival foam packaging, optional branded presentation boxes. Hand-delivered across the Chicago metro or shipped to the US, Canada, EU, and UK. We'll coordinate with your event team on timing.
