First built as a custom commission around 2017 for a safety milestone. It struck a nerve — construction and industrial-safety companies have ordered hard-hat trophies from us ever since.
The hard hat — the daily symbol of the job and of safety itself — becomes the award, electroplated in gold or silver and mounted on a custom base. Two finishes so it scales across tiers: silver for a milestone, gold for the top.
Safety is invisible when it's working — nothing happens, which is exactly what makes it hard to celebrate. Making the symbol of the work into a weighty, finished object gives an abstract achievement physical permanence. It says the discipline mattered.
